As a part of KGISL's commitment to provide the most efficient and effective service offering to its clients, KGISL undertook, on its own initiative, the development of a proprietary summarization/briefing system; Event Brief Publishing System™; that provides unparalleled efficiency, flexibility, reliability, and management capabilities. It is an advanced scheduling, routing and processing tool for briefing or documentation of audio-based events. The Event Brief Publishing System provides a robust, user-friendly interface for preparations of Briefs/Summaries of client generated audio data and a means of accessing events, recording, and manipulation of these recordings for preparation of summarized or verbatim transcripts.

This was possible in no small way due KGISL's strong background in software development.

With a developed process and appropriate technology and tools in place, KGISL recruited and trained additional personnel to set up its service capability. By August 2002 this division employed 60 professionals providing valuable back-end support to the investor community.

The increasingly accruing business gains from the operation prompted the investor community to also outsource its Content Management Services to KGISL. The Event Content Management (ECM) services started in August 2002 provides complete word-to-word documentation of the financial events to the institutional investors.
