Mr. Bushell is the Vice Chairman of KG Information Systems Private Limited. He is based in California, USA.

Mr. Bushell was the President, COO and CFO of DIVA Systems Corporation from its founding in 1995 until the end of 1998 when he retired. He continued to serve on its Board through the end of 2000. DIVA became the first company to successfully develop and provide a commercial, true video on demand service available on cable TV in the US. The system offers anytime access to as many as 500 full length films with pause, fast forward and rewind capability to 750,000 homes.

He was previously Senior Vice President & CFO at CellNet Data Systems, a successful wireless data communications service business. During a two and a half year period at CellNet he led four private equity financings totaling $56.0 million. Mr. Bushell has a record of building and leading teams of motivated professionals, and successfully creating stockholder value in both private and public technology based companies in positions that included President of Advanced Polymer Systems, Inc., Vice President of Operations at Everex Systems, Inc., and President of ZymoGenetics Inc..

He held strategic planning and product management positions with Raychem Corporation and was also a consultant in the Amsterdam office of McKinsey & Co. for three years in the mid 70's. Mr. Bushell has a B.A. in Law and a graduate degree in Accounting from universities in South Africa and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School; he is also a Chartered Accountant.

Ashok Bakthavathsalam is a successful entrepreneur who has built much of his success on an almost prescient ability to stay ahead of industry trends. It is this business acumen that led to the growth of IT Services and BPO services at KG Information Systems Private Limited. Tenacious, passionate and determined, Ashok helped the company quickly achieve a high level of prominence in a very competitive business environment.

His business acumen is perfectly complemented by the several years of valuable experience in technology management that he gained while working for leading Silicon Valley based high tech companies. He served as a Senior Software Engineer at the startup company Domestic Automation Company, San Carlos, California, USA (now Cellnet Schlumberger) from 1991-1993. He participated in architecting CELLNET, a distribution automation and demand side management (DA/DSM) system for the American Electric Utility Industry.Ashok also consulted on the development of KIOSK, a software reuse tool using hypertext technologies during his work as a Research Consultant for three years at the Hewlett Packard Laboratories, Palo Alto, CA.

Ashok Bakthavathsalam received a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, NY, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.

Ashok Bakthavathsalam is also the Trustee & Chief Executive Officer of a not-for-profit organization that owns and operates KG Hospital, a 32-year old, multi-specialty 300-bedded tertiary care hospital, recognized internationally for its excellence in healthcare services to the community.

Hirendra is the President of Digital Nirvana, Inc., an Information Technology solutions provider specializing in business and financial information. He has also worked as VP of E-Commerce at Walt Disney's Internet Group.

Hirendra holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Science from Cleveland State University and Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India.
