Toronto, Canada and Coimbatore, India – March 20, 2019 – Canadian contact center company Zedd Customer Solutions Inc. and Indian based KGISL announced that they have entered a strategic partnership agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, Zedd and KGISL shall undertake to provide contact center and other business process outsourcing services to Canadian and international clients where appropriate. For specific clients and from time to time, the parties will combine their respective management, operations, technical skills and knowhow to offer clients a wide array of services, including inbound and outbound voice response, text-based chat, email support, and live operator enabled artificial intelligence.
