AWS Unix Administrator

4 -6 years of AWS-UNIX expert with Administration and configuration exposure. Should be proficient in scripting and should have hand-on exposure in clusters.

Ready to work in rotation shift including Night Shift.

Resource should have worked in Clustering, MCSA, MCSE with AWS knowledge.

Preferred knowledge in Windows Administration, handle Windows Patching, Windows Upgrade

Should be proficient in UNIX, able to handle Linux Patching and Upgrade

Creating UNIX file systems.

Setting up and maintaining UNIX user accounts and access management systems.

Should have knowledge in scripting

Should have Active Directory and PowerShell scripting knowledge

Understanding knowledge on AWS RDS, High Availability, etc.

Good Communication skills.

Confident in Client facing.

Should be ready to work in SHIFTS – 24/5 with ONCALL

Location of Work – COB

Should be OK to work in rotational shifts including holiday and night shifts

Exceptional team work as well as being able to work under own initiative.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work effectively with team members, clients and other areas of the IT environment.
