Working knowledge of underlying operating system platforms
• Practical knowledge of data structures.
• Extensive relational database experience (e.g. Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.…) with extensive SQL query analysis.
• Unix/Linux experience – inclusive of various commands and scripting.
• Hands-on experience on business process development & Integration using IBM BPM stack.
• Participate in development of POC’s, prototypes, presentations to customers on IBM stack
• At least 1 project implementation in IBM BPM 8.5 or above
• Good knowledge on REST API its implementation
• Very good knowledge on Coach implementation
• Very strong BPM UI development skills including JavaScript/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches)
• Must have skills in BPM service development and Web Service integration.
• Role/Routing/User Repository requirements.
• Hands-on experience on SPARK UI Toolkit.
• Good knowledge of Process Admin console.
• Working experience with XML, XSLT, HTML and JavaScript.
• Designing and creating process workflows based on BPMN from gathered business requirements.
• Code Development: Involved in all aspect of application development using various features of the IBM BPM 8.5 or above
• Unit testing and Defect Fixing: Identifying, reviewing, and fixing of defects during and after the development phase.
• Closely worked with the host teams with the integration of host system(s) with the BPM application via ESB.
• Writing and implementing complex java codes by implementing business object maps for transformation of data.
• Support: During User Acceptance Testing & Post-production phase.
• Performance tuning of server and application.
• Technical Documentation.
