Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Tribe master on project delivery
- Conduct test and document test results and communicate reports periodically to all Stake Holders
- involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks
- Domain master, repository and roadmap plan as per tribe
- Review Test Script ensure e2e coverage sufficient
- Met daily execution target for project engaged
- Develop test strategy and test plans for projects – Defining the scope of testing within the context of every release and every software testing level or cycle.
- Applying the appropriate test measurement and metrics for the software product and testing team.
- Identify and resolve the project risks in testing team like
- Review every project end and Suggest for improvement, sharing session
- Based on understanding of the Business requirement, ensure Test Data is prepared and available before commencing testing and maintain test data
- Take ownership of coordinating with respective teams to ensure SIT environment is up and ready before testing commences
- Provide Test Summary, Test Exit Reports and signoff at end of SIT phase
- Be able to provide man days efforts for project SIT tasks(Manual)
- Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed; i.e., perform manual static testing.
- Use Risk Based Testing techniques to develop, maintain, and execute testing.
- Work with the Development team for defect until closure.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of test environments used.
- Meeting deadlines
Tech Skill Sets:
- Experience in Atlassian product suite Jira, Github, Confluence
- Should have basic debugging skills
- Good experience in SQL queries preferred
- Excellent knowledge of QA methods and practices in agile environment
- Knowledge of Postman, SOAP UI and web service testing is a plus.
- Strong domain knowledge either in Banking/Payment/Insurance/Wealth/Customer enrollment
Skills (Non-Technical):
- Must have resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
- Should be hard working and ready to put extra efforts as per project need
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC and STLC practices and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of QA methods and practices in agile environment
- Should be able a quick learner and adapt to change.
