Stakeholder communication, reporting and organizing meetings are other key aspects of the role.

Skills Required: –
– Strong Communication skills (verbal/written) are key for this role.
– Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation
– Strong service management knowledge based on ITIL processes
– Good working experience Microsoft Application like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and reporting applications.
– Strong stakeholder management skills.
– Need to have a leadership skills
– Solid exposure to JIRA ticketing systems
– Extensive experience in documentations, reporting etc
– Good experience in organizing meetings with customers and internal teams.
– Good experience in presentation skills, power point preparation etc.
– ITIL Certification will be an added advantage.
