He has been able to predict the industry trends much ahead, which resulted in the tremendous growth of IT and BPO services at KGISL. Dr. Ashok Bakthavathsalam has dedicated his life to the progress of society with his commendable works in the field of IT, education, and medicine.
Prassadh Shanmugam is the Director and CEO of KGiSL, comes with over 20 years of experience in providing leadership knowledge to develop, implement and manage the business strategies for KGiSL. Prassadh brings extensive experience in the Information Technology space and is well versed in successfully implementing various business models which includes Joint Ventures, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Build-Operate-Manage (BOM), Alliances and Partnerships.
Partha is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of KGiSL’s product and service delivery teams and leads the company’s efforts towards excellence and maintenance of its current growth momentum. He started his journey during the very initial stages of KGiSL and contributed unmatched efforts towards the growth of the organization.
Dhanasekhar (Dhana) heads Intelligent Automation ,Quality Engineering & BI / Analytics Practices at KGISL. He leads the company’s strategy for delivering best in class services to the digital customers by augmenting newer capabilities, continuous enablement for talent and partnering with industry leading tools / technology vendors. Before joining KGISL, Dhana spent 13 years in Cognizant delivering Quality Engineering and Assurances to top global customers and also provided thought leadership in areas like digital transformation, consulting and strategic solutions, P&L ownership, business development / pre-sales. Dhana is very passionate about data, statistics, research and is certified in Six Sigma Black Belt and Data science.
Kalyan is responsible for driving business growth, strategic alliances & partnerships and client engagement across the ASEAN region. With over 23 years of experience in sales, operations, delivery and global account management, he has played a pivotal role in helping enterprises transform into the digital world. He possesses an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within ASEAN market, enabling to develop tailored strategies that cater to the diverse needs of the region.

Equipped with an MBA from University of Bath, UK, Saras has in-depth knowledge on the insurance domain apart from being an expert in contemporary sales approaches.
Arnab brings decade of experience in working with SEA enterprise clients, especially in Thailand & CLMV countries. His expertise include new market development – creating entry strategy, net new sales, mining accounts and creating an ecosystem for sustainable & profitable country growth.
Blended with his management learning from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) in International Business, he’s also well versed with ever changing IT & Digital technologies, with skill of highly effective customer relationship management. Prior to this, she was engaged with ICICI and HSBC, handling credit & risk analysis, and business loans for Corporates & SMEs. Dhanya also has experience in the manufacturing sector, where she was managing the financial operations across multiple subsidiaries in more than 10 countries.
