ISF Agency Management Function covers the management of Agents from recruitment to retirement, and compensation. It handles any possible hierarchy management and most of the compensation packages accordingly. This is a standalone function that receives the premium and balance scorecard details from any existing core system, compensates the respective producers involved, presets compensation package rules, and sends the transactions to the core system.
