Challenge

The client wanted to upgrade existing platform based on latest technology / business changes in order to provide enhanced GUI (Graphical User Interface) for B2B and B2C customers. They were lacking a Mobile platform support to integrate the existing POS. KGiSL helped in mobile application development for Agents & Customers and POS that can be customized to suit various channel requirements for Insurance, Agents, and customers.

Strategy & solution

Execution of the program in tailored Agile / scrum delivery model in 6 months time-period with defined testing Scope by Onsite (Malaysia) & Offshore (India) teams:

  • Project split in to 3 milestones in turn comprising 4 sprints (2 weeks long), followed by 1 month E2E testing and UAT before PROD
  • Quality Engineering (QE) / Test Driven Development (TDD) approach to integrate testing with development
  • Early Testing approach, Continuous Automation for each sprint, Continuous Deployment using Jenkins & Combined E2E and UAT Testing
