Dolphin reshapes back-office dynamics for a top-tier US investment & asset management firm

Client Requirement

After obtaining the broker license, the client was looking for a new generation and scalable back-office system that could seamlessly handle the clearing and settlement process.

The Solution

Following a detailed requirement analysis and assessment, KGiSL successfully implemented its flagship product, the Dolphin back-office system, in the client’s environment in 2018 to handle the entire clearing and settlement process. In 2020, an extended version of Dolphin BRS was developed and delivered and post-implementation of Dolphin BRS, the entire back-office operations were awarded to KGiSL.

The client also handed over the complete infrastructure management and KYC operations for India and Hong Kong, where a dedicated team was positioned to handle the operations.
