The client wanted to automate the account creation and closure process for different types of activities such as sold to, ship to and many other similar activities. All changes that had to be done to the existing accounts such as changing metrics and including new ones were received as requests from different sources via email. The entire process was done on CRM and SAP.

Solution

The bots are designed to read the account creation requests that are received via email. Based on the activity type, bot creates the account in CRM and send status updates to the stakeholders. In case of account deletion, bot checks if approval is provided and based on business rules it processes the request.
